Mojito

A Cuban classic with a refreshing minty twist.

Ingredients:

· 50ml white rum

· 25ml fresh lime juice

· 2 teaspoons sugar

· 6–8 fresh mint leaves

· Soda water

· Ice

· Lime wedge and mint sprig (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. In a highball glass, muddle the mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice together.

2. Fill the glass with ice and pour in the rum.

3. Top with soda water and stir gently.

4. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.

Piña Colada

A tropical creamy cocktail perfect for summer.

Ingredients:

· 50ml white rum

· 50ml coconut cream

· 100ml pineapple juice

· Ice

· Pineapple wedge and cherry (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender with ice.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Pour into a hurricane glass.

4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.

 

Negroni

A sophisticated and bitter Italian favorite.

Ingredients:

· 30ml gin

· 30ml Campari

· 30ml sweet vermouth

· Ice

· Orange peel (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth.

2. Stir well for about 15–20 seconds.

3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

4. Garnish with an orange peel twist.

Long Island Iced Tea

A strong and refreshing cocktail with a deceptive name.

Ingredients:

· 15ml vodka

· 15ml white rum

· 15ml gin

· 15ml tequila

· 15ml triple sec

· 25ml fresh lemon juice

· 10ml simple syrup

· Cola (to top)

· Ice

· Lemon wedge (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.

2. Add vodka, rum, gin, tequila, triple sec, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

3. Stir gently and top with cola.

4. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Blow My Skull

A historic Australian cocktail from the 19th century.

Ingredients:

· 60ml dark rum

· 30ml brandy

· 100ml porter or stout

· 25ml fresh lime juice

· 10ml simple syrup

· 50ml boiling water

· Nutmeg (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. In a heatproof mug, combine rum, brandy, porter, lime juice, and simple syrup.

2. Add boiling water and stir gently.

3. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

Classic Martini

A smooth and elegant gin-based cocktail.

Ingredients:

· 60ml gin

· 10ml dry vermouth

· Ice

· Olive or lemon twist (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add gin and vermouth.

2. Stir (or shake if preferred) for about 15 seconds.

3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

4. Garnish with an olive or lemon twist.

Classic Margarita
